Lord Shiva

Hindu Vedic science has a large background of it's culture. This culture is mostly supported and followed according to the Vedic texts of ancient times. All these creative divine texts were written by the sages or saints of that time. It's a perfect way of spiritual science and devotion where we get several deep facts and knowledge related with Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Today we are talking some important matters related with Lord Shiva who is regarded as the God of all Gods and Goddesses.

Mostly he is supposed to be the Lord of destruction and Salvation. But beside that, according to Shiva Mahapuran and other holy books of Hinduism, he is also the Supreme Lord who created this entire universe by his willpower. For the creation of this world and creatures, for the growth as well as saving of this world and creatures, then after for the destruction as well as reconstruction of this world and creatures, he created or transformed himself in to three different forms of Lord Bramha, Vishnu and Rudra, serially. He has several names and forms. He is also known as Maheswor means the Lord of all creatures. Also he is known by the name Natraj means the Lord or king of dance.

He is the former and narrator of almost all religious and spiritual subjects according to the Vedic texts. It is believed that by playing his divine instrument named "Damaru" he created the Sanskrit letters for the language creating purpose to human beings. Thus he is also known as the Master or creator of grammar. So he is also worshipped as the Lord of wisdom and divine knowledge. Not only this but he is also famous by next two names Mahakaal and Mrityunjay. Mahakaal means the death of death and Mrityunjay means the Lord who gives victory upon death. So he is worshipped by several devotees to get victory upon diseases and untimely death too.

There are several months for his worship but especially he is worshipped on the month of Shrawan according to the Hindu calender. His day for worship is Monday and his special occasion is Mahashivratri. At these time people keep fast, take bath on holy rivers, go to his pilgrims and temples, worship him, offer prayers and give donations to make him happy. Thus they are blessed to be energetic, happy and successful. By his worship or devotion one can fulfil his desires and destroy his sins. And after death the devotee goes to the world of Lord Shiva or gets salvation as he or she desires. However we talk about him it becomes just some limited information before the highest personality of Lord Shiva. At last we end our article with a prayer like slogan "सर्वं शिवमयं जगत्" means the whole world is Lord Shiva. Har Har Mahadev
